In consideration of [Your Company Name], a Florida company ("Company"), providing installation, repair, or maintenance services for water purification equipment at the above property, the undersigned Customer freely and voluntarily agrees as follows:
- Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks: Customer acknowledges and understands that these services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to temporary water supply disruption, potential leaks or flooding, damage to existing plumbing, electrical hazards, personal injury, property damage, or other unforeseen issues related to water systems and home infrastructure. Customer voluntarily assumes all such risks, known or unknown, including those arising from the Company's negligence.
- Clear Release of Liability: Customer hereby clearly and unequivocally releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to sue the Company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or subcontractors from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or liability (including attorney's fees) for personal injury, property damage, or other harm arising from the services, including claims based on the Company's ordinary negligence.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Customer represents that the property's existing plumbing, electrical, and structural conditions are suitable for the work and discloses any known issues (list if any: ________________________). The Company is not liable for issues related to undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
- Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any third-party claims arising from the services.
- Warranty Limitations: This waiver does not affect separate manufacturer or Company installation warranties.
- Limitations: This release does not apply to claims arising from the Company's gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute shall be in [County where your company is based], Florida.
